AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is trying to save the ratings for her family reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" by dropping a baby bombshell. In the shocking promo for next Sunday's brand new episode of "KUWTK", the mother of two reveals she's ready for baby No. 3.
"I'm going to try to have one more baby," Kim, who's had difficult pregnancies in the past with daughter North West and son Saint West, shares, "I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me."
According to a source, Kim only does it for "KUWTK" ratings. "Kim is trying to save her show. Ratings are at an all time low and the storyline about her robbery in Paris did not work to get people watching. Now she is talking about another baby. Baby news has always worked in the past and got the ratings up," sources tell Naughty Gossip, "I am sure she wants to be a mom again, but she also wants to get her ratings up."
