"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak just got a booty treatment in front of a bunch of strangers. The 38-year-old TV personality enjoyed a butt massage as she stripped down to her black thong in front of the visitors of Cosmoprof worldwide beauty convention in Bologna, Italy.

Kim's daughter, Brielle Biermann, took to Snapchat to share a video of Kim getting butt massage during the convention. "Your cheeks are literally two different sizes," she said. Meanwhile, Kim looked so relaxed as she chowed down a pack of M&Ms while laying on her stomach.

" 'RHOA' laser abd pizza scene 2.0," Brielle captioned the video. The caption referred to one of the scenes of the Bravo reality show, where Kim ate a pizza while getting a laser fat removal treatment.

Kim is definitely no stranger to beauty procedures. Not only massages, Kim also got injections in her butt to help control and decrease her cellulite. She previously got her lip injections redone as she sported plumper and pinker lips nowadays. However, the reality star once admitted that beauty was indeed a pain. She confessed that her pout was being "incredibly bruised" and looking a little blue, but her makeup artist, Ashley Holm, helped her to cover it up.
