Madonna never fails to amaze us. The 58 year-old diva wore a two-horned-beast mask while attending Purim party over the weekend. Taking an inspiration from Disney's "Beauty and the Beast (2017)", the singer wore a yellow ball gown and the scary mask. It seemed that she wanted to represent both the Beauty and the Beast.
Along with the gown and the mask, she also wore a fur coat and a matching set of necklace and bracelet. She was supposed to be a princess, if only the scary mask was not in the way. The "Papa Don't Preach" singer seemed to be so proud of her costume that she shared lots of snaps on Instagram.
As reported by The Sun, the star dressed up for Purim party which took place in New York. Purim is a Jewish holiday, and Madonna has been "a devout follower of Kabbalah, a mystical offshoot of Judaism" for 18 years.
The "4 Minutes" hitmaker seemed to be aware of how people would respond to her costume and make fun of it through her Instagram posts. In the caption of one of the photos she shared on the social media, she described her costume as "elegant" and "lady like."
