The 'Mirror' hitmaker is joined by Christopher Walken in a Super Bowl LI commercial for beverage brand Bai.

Beverage brand Bai brings back Justin Timberlake's days as NSYNC's member in its Super Bowl spot. In the spot, Timberlake is joined by actor Christopher Walken who recites the lyrics to NSYNC's track, "Bye Bye Bye".
"I don't want to make it tough. I just want to tell you that I've had enough," Walken recites the lyrics slowly and dramatically with fire crackling behind him in the ad. "It might sound crazy but it ain't no lie. Baby bye bye bye."
The "Catch Me If You Can" actor later turns to Timberlake, apparently to seek for approval from the original singer. Timberlake says nothing as he only blinks his eyes before he and Walken face the camera again while "Bye Bye Bye" begins playing at the background.
This ad comes seventeen years after NSYNC released the song. The rhymes between "bye" and "bai" appear to be one of the reasons why this song was chosen for the beverage brand's Super Bowl spot.
Previously, the "Sexy Back" hitmaker had teased about his involvement in Bai's Super Bowl spot by posting a short clip of him on Instagram. In the clip, he wears the exact same wine-colored suit as he stares blankly to the camera. Timberlake captioned the post, "What are you doing this weekend? #SB51 @drinkbai."
Timberlake is an investor in Bai and he also serves as its "chief flavor officer." Bai announced its partnership with the husband of Jessica Biel back in 2016. Recently, Ben Weiss, founder and CEO of Bai, showed Timberlake's commitment to the brand's ongoing marketing campaign in a statement, "Justin has been working closely with our team on several new projects and we are excited to see them all come to life in 2017. This is just the beginning."
