Leave it to Jimmy Fallon to turn an R-rated movie into a funny sketch. "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" host enlisted the help of "Fifty Shades of Grey" female lead, Dakota Johnson, to spoof the BDSM movie when she stopped by his show on Tuesday, January 31.
Promoting the upcoming sequel "Fifty Shades Darker", Johnson looked dazzling in a red dress. Fallon first asked the actress to mention some random words that would be incorporated into the dialogues in the "Mad Lib Theater" segment.
The two then recreated the interview scene in which Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey first met at his office. When Johnson's Ana asked Fallon's Christian the key to his success, he said it was due to "pinching in the gym." Ana also revealed her plan to "move to Detroit with Beyonce" after she graduates from college.
It didn't take a long time for Johnson to lose her composure with such ridiculous dialogues. Fallon himself had an extreme case of the giggles toward the end of the parody.
Johnson also showed a clip from the movie on the late-night talk show. "Fifty Shades Darker" is due out in theaters across the nation on February 10, just in time for Valentine's Day. Jamie Dornan stars opposite Dakota Johnson, playing Ana's dominant boyfriend Christian.
