AceShowbiz - Rihanna and Azealia Banks engaged in a social media feud following President Donald Trump's controversial executive order that bans citizens of seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States. The feud started when Rihanna weighed in on Trump's recent policies on immigration.
"Disgusted! The news is devastating! America is being ruined right before our eyes! What an immoral pig you have to be to implement such BS!!" so she wrote on Twitter. Banks, who openly declared herself as Trump's supporter, immediately responded to Rihanna's tweet in an aggressive way. "No. This is all stupid and wrong. Is she even American??? Can she even vote???" she wrote.
The outspoken rapper then took to Instagram to support Trump's policies. She even called out Rihanna by name, saying that she wasn't citizen and couldn't vote. RiRi quickly fired back as she posted on Instagram a picture of herself pouting her lips. "The face you make when you a immigrant #stayawayfromthechickens #iheartnuggets #saveourhens," so she captioned it.
The chicken reference Rihanna made was likely a dig at Banks after the rapper revealed that she sacrificed chickens in her closet as part of her practice as a witch. Banks had no chill after RiRi made that chicken comment. She reposted Rihanna's caption and wrote, "What rihanna meant was... 'I GREW UP PLAYING SOCCER IN A DIRT YARD WITH A COCONUT AND OPEN MY LEGS FOR ANY AND EVERY MOTHERF**KER WHO I THINK I CAN GET TO WRITE ME SONGS OR BUY ME DRUGS.' "
The Barbados-born singer continued in a follow-up post, posting a photo of a man with a bag over his head. "The face you make when you screaming in an empty room," so she captioned it. Banks quickly responded, writing, "You're clearly listening and responding to each and every post. These pop stars love me." She also shared two videos, suggesting Rihanna to read some books and even inviting the singer to come to her apartment for some homemade chicken nuggets.
