Kristen Stewart and Stella Maxwell love to put their love life under the radar. But last week, the couple was spotted sharing steamy kisses during a romantic getaway in Milan. The lovebirds were in their car heading to Linate Airport when paparazzi snapped them locking lips.

The "Personal Shopper" actress was wearing a bomber jacket with metallic zipper and sunglasses. She paired the jacket with black vintage T-shirt and skin-tight distressed jeans. As for her girlfriend, who was Miley Cyrus' former fling, she wore a burgundy leather motorcycle jacket and light wash black skinny jeans. Maxwell also let her frizzy blonde hair down which made her look effortlessly pretty.

Stewart and Maxwell have been romantically linked since last May, when they were spotted leaving the Met Ball together. Prior to Maxwell, Stewart allegedly dated several girls, including her assistant Alicia Cargile, rock band PVRIS' member Lyn Gunn and French singer Soko.

Stewart has not been in any long-term relationship since breaking up with her "Twilight" co-star, Robert Pattinson. During an interview with Vanity Fair last year, Stewart opened up about her past relationship with Pattinson. "People wanted me and Rob to be together so badly that our relationship was made into a product," she said, before adding, "It wasn't real life anymore. I don't want to become a part of a story for entertainment value."

Stewart also explained the story behind her changing sexual orientation, "I would never talk about any of my relationships before, but once I started dating girls it seemed like there was an opportunity to represent something really positive. I'm not sad anymore. I'm not saturated anymore. I've been dropped back into everyone else's reality and now I can live again."
