'The Cosby Show' alum took to Instagram on Monday, January 23 to announce her first child's arrival with a photo of her holding the little girl.

Keshia Knight Pulliam has welcomed her first child, presumably with her estranged husband Edgerton Hartwell. The 37-year-old actress took to her Instagram account on Monday afternoon, January 23 to announce that she gave birth to a daughter.
Pulliam announced the baby girl's arrival with a photo of her holding the little girl and showing off the newborn's tiny feet that were wrapped up in fluffy socks. "The Cosby Show" alum also revealed her daughter's name by writing in the caption, "Ella Grace has arrived!!!"
Pulliam first announced her pregnancy via Instagram back in July, seven months after she tied the knot with Hartwell. She posted on the social media a picture of her holding a pink cupcake. "Surprise!!! We have a new addition coming soon..." she wrote.
Sadly, Hartwell filed for divorce and demanded a paternity test just days after she announced the good news. According to Hartwell's rep, he said at the time, "Right now, the only thing I want is a paternity test for the baby."
Pulliam revealed in August that Ella's middle name was inspired by her split from Hartwell. "When I tell you through all of this the grace of God has been with us and has covered us and protected us," she said on her "Kandidly Keshia" podcast. "She's been my saving grace to get through it."
