It's completely normal for Ariana Grande to think that she is a hard worker. After all, she is one of the biggest pop superstars in the game right now. But saying that she is the hardest working girl on earth is so not okay, and the petite diva had to learn it the hard way.
The whole thing started a few days ago when Grande posted on Instagram a photo of herself posing in an oversized puffy coat, skinny jeans and a pair of heels. In the caption, she bragged to her 97 million followers about how hard she's been working in the past few years.
"When you're cute but you're also the hardest working 23 year old human being on earth," she wrote alongside the black-and-white snap, adding the hashtags #cute #butalso #CEO #unf**kwitable #haventsleptinyears.
Not everyone's happy with Grande's confidence, though. A lot of her followers flooded the comment section with harsh criticism. "Yeh snap chatting all day and getting money from your dad and being one foot tall and rude as and not very talented must be hard," one follower sarcastically agreed.
"Omg behave! Hardest working 23 year old get out in the real world @arianagrande you muppet!!" another commenter wrote. "Entitled much?? Haven't slept in years? please honey give it up and go back to your microphone singing about problems you pretend to have," another said.
However, some other fans defended Grande for her statement, saying that it's just a caption and she was simply being playful. "Gets hate for 'arrogant' Instagram post? Nothing wrong with a bit of Instagram sass! Dry sense of humor ppl its only a caption," one fan said.
