The first trailer for Netflix's upcoming comedy features Sheila's (Barrymore) diet which includes blood and meat smoothies.

AceShowbiz - Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming comedy "Santa Clarita Diet". The video offers a peek at the life of married realtor Joel (Timothy Olyphant), whose wife, Sheila (Drew Barrymore), is a flesh-hungry undead.
"My life was amazing. But something happened to my wife," says Joel in the beginning of the video. "She's acting different," adds Joel before the trailer shows a scene of Sheila eating raw meat.
Sheila says, "I do like the way that I feel. I have endless energy and I sleep two hours a night. I get so much done." Joel says, "You eat people." Sheila replies, "I know! It's just that I'm so much more confident. I can parallel park in one move now."
Discussing the potential dinner options, Joel says, "We have to kill someone who deserves it. I guess the prototype would be a young, single Hitler." Sheila responds, "God! We'd be heroes!"
The trailer shows some familiar faces including Nathan Fillion who portrays Gary and Mary Elizabeth Ellis who plays Lisa. The video also features "The Odd Couple" star Thomas Lennon and a stand-up comedian Patton Oswalt.
"Santa Clarita Diet" premieres on Friday, February 3 on Netflix.
