Kim Kardashian may feel a little more relieved as her Paris robbery investigation shows more progress. Paris authorities arrested 17 people suspected in connection to Kim's jewelry heist on Monday, January 9. And on Thursday, the prosecutors already filed preliminary charges against four suspects for their involvement in the robbery.

The first suspect, 63-year-old Yunice A., was handed a preliminary charge of armed robbery in an organized gang, kidnapping and criminal association. Another suspect, 44-year-old Florus H., was charged with complicity charges in the alleged robbery and kidnapping, as well as a criminal association charge, while 64-year-old Marcus B. was charged with handling stolen goods and criminal association.

The fourth suspect, 27-year-old Gary M., was charged with complicity charges and a preliminary criminal association charge. Gary was released from custody although he remains under judicial supervision. Gary is the brother of Kim's Paris chauffeur, Michael, who was also arrested by the police, but then released with no criminal charge.

Kim is now enjoying her time in Dubai with her sister Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy, Scott Disick. She jetted off to Dubai with Disick to attend a beauty tutorial class by her longtime make up artist, Mario Dedivanovic. It marks her first international trip since her Paris robbery. She is reportedly still traumatized by the robbery and had begged her husband, Kanye West, to accompany her to Dubai.

Sadly, West could not join his wife to Dubai. An insider said his doctor did not think attending an event in Dubai would be good for the rapper's health. "His mental state is still fragile, and a big event like this could be too much to handle. Kim was capable of going on her own, but Scott offered to accompany her, and he makes her laugh and keeps things light so she agreed," the source said.
