Just when you think you couldn't be more upset about the last four words of "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life", Netflix reminds you that there's an unresolved question. The streaming service took to its Facebook and Twitter account to post a picture that poses a question about the paternity of Rory's (Alexis Bledel) baby.

The post includes images of Logan (Matt Czuchry) and Paul (Jack Carpenter) and mentions the man dressed as a "Star Wars" character she had a one-night stand with in "Spring" as possible fathers of Rory's baby. The caption, however, hints that Netflix may grant the show another installment to answer this mystery.

"Where's an eighth grade science fair when you need one? #GilmoreGirls," it reads.

Speaking of the cliffhanger ending, series co-creator Amy Sherman-Palladino said early this month, "I always wanted [the story] to end in a Life Repeats Itself kind of way. The daughter following in the mother's footsteps." She added though, "By the way, Rory doesn't have to keep the baby. There are choices here that she can make. It's just the left turn. It's that curveball that life throws you."

Co-creator Daniel Palladino said that they know for sure who the father of Rory's baby is. "I think a lot of clues are out there. I know with the time passage it wasn't 100 percent clear, but we also didn't have her engage with who she thought was the father," he told E! News.
