Ryan Reynolds is really a man with a great sense of humor on and off screen. While talking about his family life and fatherhood, the "Deadpool" star admitted that he once suggested to Blake Lively a ridiculous baby name when they were expecting almost-two-year-old first daughter James.
Ryan revealed in a recent interview with CTV's etalk that the moniker was Excalibur Anaconda Reynolds. When he jokingly offered the same suggestion for their second child to his wife of four years, she "resoundingly rejected" it. Though Ryan remained tight-lipped about the second daughter's name, he stated that the couple "settled on the right one."
Of his growing family, Ryan said that his second child, who was born in late September, would influence the flow of the household. "It didn't change the dynamic," the 40-year-old father shared. "There's just more. There's more love, there's more diapers. There's more all that stuff, you know."
"It was really kind of profound," the Canadian actor said of watching his toddler interacting with her baby sister. "I just love watching my older daughter take care of the newborn," he added. "That's been kind of neat to see."
