The 'Famous' hitmaker reportedly suffers from 'severe paranoia' and 'hallucinations' brought on by a 'lack of sleep' due to stress over Kim Kardashian's horrifying armed Paris robbery last month.

AceShowbiz - Kanye West remained hospitalized and undiagnosed as of Monday morning, November 27. It's been a week since the "Famous" hitmaker was admitted to UCLA Medical Center and his wife Kim Kardashian has been remaining by his side "24/7."
"Kanye's doctors are super reluctant to diagnose anything, mainly because a mental or cognitive disorder cannot be diagnosed after one hospital visit, but rather after observing someone's behavior over the course of a specific time frame," a source tells ET, "Kanye is there in the hospital because he knows he needs to get better and he wants to get better."
"Kim is more dedicated and devoted to Kanye more than ever," the source adds, "She knows that there are limitations for how much a person can do or take on. She knows that he just needs a break, and she will make sure he gets that. This is only making their marriage stronger. Kim is the type of person who steps up in these kinds of situations. She stays so calm, collected and takes control. This is the perfect scenario for her to really make a difference for Kanye. She's been incredible."
According to TMZ, Kim has been "an emotional wreck" since her horrifying Paris robbery, but she put them all on hold so she can devote herself to Kanye. An insider says, "She has been an unbelievably devoted spouse. He's a lucky man."
Another source tells ET that Kanye suffered from "severe paranoia" and "hallucinations" brought on by a "lack of sleep" due to stress over Kim's Paris robbery. "He pushed himself too much," the second source reveals, "The Paris incident unsettled everyone, [but it] unsettled him the most. He had this anxiety that everyone around him was trying to get him. He had severe paranoia. It was over nothing that was tangible or real. He was thinking that people were out to kill him, out to break him and Kim up. It was Kanye vs. the whole world."
"This is a person who tried to take on everything, and everyone around him tried to make him calm down and he just didn't," the source continues, "He didn't sleep at all. The hallucinations came in with lack of sleep and everything was heightened. There was a huge difficulty with being able to differentiate what is real or what is manifested by anxiety, and that's why there was this concern - him not being able to acknowledge what is happening in real life."
The source adds, "He got to a point where his body and mind physically couldn't do it anymore. He hadn't been sleeping the past few weeks. Eventually, your body just gives up and that's what happened. It was a long time coming."
According to the source, Kanye's outspoken personality won't change even when he does feel well enough to return to the spotlight. "Kanye is not changing who he is," says the source, "You're still going to get the unfiltered Kanye who goes on these crazy rants and hops up onstage during the VMAs. Is he still going to say he should have ran for president? Of course. His personality won't be changing at all. This was just an overworked, dehydrated, sleep-deprived person who lost himself and needed a recharge."
