Gucci Mane got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Keyshia Ka'oir. The 36-year-old rapper casually proposed to his girlfriend of six years during the Atlanta Hawks basketball game on Tuesday, November 22 at Philips Arena.
The hip-hop star was seen waiting for the right moment to pop the question, as he was in the focus of the roving Kiss cam that broadcast the event. "What's going on? Is this a proposal?" an announcer said as Mane presented her with a piece of bling and she accepted.
Mane got congratulations from both NBA and ESPN. The happy moment was shared in a Twitter post sent out by the league and retweeted by Mane. "Championship rings aren't the only thing we play for. Congrats Gucci on the engagement! #TrueToAtlanta #ThisIsWhyWePlay," the caption of the video read.

Ka'oir also took to Instagram to show off the engagement ring shortly after the proposal. "OMG!!! Babeeeeeeee thank u! I LOVE U !! Yessssssse [diamond emoji] 25karats," she happily captioned the image.
Mane and Ka'oir first met in 2010 when he asked her to be a model in a music video upon seeing her in an XXL magazine layout. The "Bling Blaww Burr" hitmaker previously told The New York Times, "We had our ups and downs, 'cause I would mess up and do stupid junk, but she had my back through all of it."
