The former 'Frasier' star and his wife announce the arrival of their son and name the newborn after their favorite poets.

It's a boy for Kelsey Grammer and Kayte. The "Frasier" alum welcomes a healthy baby boy with his fourth wife. She gave birth on Monday, November 14. "Both mother and son are doing great," their rep says. The baby named Auden James Ellis Grammer weighed 7 pounds and was 21 inches long.
"The name was chosen to honor the great poet W.H. Auden, and James is after another great poet and singer James Taylor - two of our favorites," the couple explains. Meanwhile, Ellis is the name of the actor's maternal great-grandfather. "He was a colorful character, to say the least, and we wanted to give the name a second chance," he says.
Kelsey married Kayte in 2011. Baby Auden is their third child together. Kelsey, 61, also has four other children from previous relationships. They are Spencer Grammer, Greer Grammer, Mason Grammer and Jude Grammer.
