Andy Cohen can confirm that there's indeed bad blood between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. While the former country diva never specifically named anyone in her infamous feud with a fellow female entertainer, she made sure the TV host knew that she and Perry weren't friends when they were all attending the 2016 Met Gala earlier this year.

In his new book "Superficial: More Adventures from the Andy Cohen Diaries", which is hitting the shelves on Tuesday, November 15, Cohen recalled the one time he had a brief conversation with Swift at the May event when she was looking for a spot to watch Lady GaGa's performance.

"Why I felt I needed to get involved I will never know (maybe I was auditioning for her squad?) but I innocently said exactly the wrong thing to her, which was, 'Your friend Katy is sitting in the corner and there's plenty of room around her,' " Cohen wrote.

"Katy who?" so Swift responded. Cohen added, "I said, 'Perry,' at which point she clearly let me know that she's the exact opposite of her friend."

The Bravo star went on sharing that the 26-year-old superstar asked him not to mention their conversation on his show "Watch What Happens Live". "[But] she didn't threaten me about putting it in my book, so here we are," he explained.

The two ladies' feud started after Perry allegedly stole some dancers from Swift's "Red" tour. The "Dark Horse" hitmaker was widely believed to be the inspiration of Swift's "1989" hit "Bad Blood".
