According to a statement issued by Jolie's rep, the former couple has signed an agreement that would allow their six kids to remain in her custody and continue therapeutic visits with their father.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly reached a new custody agreement. Her representative issued a statement on Monday, November 7, saying that the couple had signed a legal agreement that would allow their six kids to remain in the actress' custody while Pitt would have visitation rights.
"We can confirm that childcare professionals have encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides over a week ago," read the statement. "In accordance with this agreement, the six children will stay in their mother's custody, and the children will continue therapeutic visits with their father."
"We are not in a position to discuss the details. We hope, now that it is clear that the events which led to the dissolution filing involved minor children and their wellbeing, there will be understanding of the sensitivity of the family situation. We believe that all sides are committed to healing the family and ask for your consideration during this difficult time," the statement added.
However, this doesn't mean Jolie and Pitt's custody battle is finally coming to an end. Multiple sources have denied the settlement. TMZ additionally notes it was only last Friday that Pitt filed to seek joint physical and legal custody of the children in response to Jolie's September 19 divorce petition. So it wouldn't make sense for him to file his documents if the settlement was signed a week ago.
Jolie and Pitt's six kids, including 15-year-old Maddox, 12-year-old Pax, 11-year-old Zahara, 10-year-old Shiloh and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, have been living with their mom since she announced her split from Pitt. The actor has only seen them twice since September.
