'The Walking Dead' 7.04 Sneak Peeks: Negan Arrives in Alexandria
TV

Will the Alexandrians put up a fight or let Negan have control of Alexandria after Rick acknowledges Negan's power?

AceShowbiz - We're going to catch up with Rick and other survivors in Alexandria in the next episode of "The Walking Dead". "Let me put this to all of you as clearly as I can. There is no way out of this. I'm not in charge anymore, Negan is," Rick addresses to the Alexandrians.

Negan is later seen arriving with his followers. "Little pig, little pig, let me in!" he says outside the gate. Michonne is seen loading her gun and aiming at someone or something, while Rosita is out there in the woods, quietly looking at something while hiding behind a tree.

Negan continues to play his mind control on Rick as he's apparently saying something to the former sheriff that makes the latter terrified.

"Service" will run for one hour and 25 minutes and air Sunday, November 13 starting at 9/8c on AMC. According to the official description of the episode, "the remaining members of the group try to keep it together in Alexandria; they receive a sobering visit."

Meanwhile, the latest episode saw [SPOILER ALERT!] what happens to Daryl in Sanctuary. He didn't pass Negan's test when he tried to escape. Negan gave him another chance to become one of his followers and enjoy the perks of it, but Daryl refused to take the path that Dwight has chosen. "Daryl," he said his name instead of "I'm Negan" to pledge his loyalty.

Norman Reedus says of Daryl's decision, "He can't say he's Negan because it would give up all of the hope that Glenn had. Glenn was this optimistic guy. He was his friend. He's done so much and that's the last thread of humanity that he has left, is saving face for his friend. It's as much for Glenn as it is for Daryl, you know? That's the last thing he has left."

Negan has done anything to break Daryl, from feeding him dog food to almost hitting him with his bat, but Daryl didn't flinch a bit. Reedus explains to EW, "Daryl's a fighter. He fights to the end, but in saying out loud his name instead of Negan's name - it's the last shred of himself that he has and for his friends. I assume he thinks he's going to get killed right there when he says he's not Negan. He's signing up for more torture, but he's doing it for the love of his friend."
