The actor finally met his six children recently, apparently with a therapist accompanying him, amid drama surrounding his divorce from his wife of two years.

Brad Pitt has finally met his children. For the first time since Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from him last month, the "Fury" actor got to see his six kids and spend "some wonderful time" with them, according to PEOPLE.
"Brad has spent some wonderful time with children recently," a source with knowledge of the situation told the publication. "Brad loves his children more than anything in this world, and they matter more than anything else to him. He will do whatever it takes to be with them, now and always."
As previously reported, Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on September 19 just days after the infamous plane fight, during which he allegedly got physical with their oldest son Maddox. The actress, who wanted sole physical custody of the children, later brought them out of the Los Angeles home they shared with Pitt.
In a temporary agreement recommended by the Department of Children and Family Services, which has been investigating the child abuse claim, the six children including Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox will live with Jolie until October 20.
No other details have emerged about Pitt's reunion with the kids. But as required by the DCFS, the 52-year-old star was likely accompanied by a therapist during the meeting.
In addition to supervised visitation, Pitt has to undergo individual counseling and family therapy. He will also continue voluntary drug and alcohol testing.
In the meantime, the Jolie-Pitt kids are living with their mom and her big brother James Haven, who has moved in to their temporary home in Malibu to take care of them. "[Haven] took on a more active daily role in June," a source told Us Weekly. "The kids call him 'Uncle James.' "
Yes, Haven was the one Jolie made out with on the Oscars red carpet in 2000. The two were accused of incest and got heavily criticized because of the controversial kiss. However, Pitt's reportedly fine with Haven being around his ex and kids. "Brad thinks highly of James," the source added. "He's always been incredible to the kids and is welcome in his home."
