In a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, the singer-turned-actress appears in a scene along with Kathy Bates. Standing behind the veteran actress, she looks wicked with a headpiece and her face smudged with dirt.
Bates is a ghost from the Lost Colony era, so GaGa's character could be the goddess or the demon that her colony worships. The "Perfect Illusion" songstress wasn't mentioned in the end credits of the first episode, hinting at her possibly smaller role after her lead role in "Hotel".
"AHS" airs Wednesdays at 10 P.M. on FX. Other stars in the season include Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, Cuba Gooding Jr., Andre Holland, Adina Porter, Wes Bentley, Evan Peters, Denis O'Hare and Cheyenne Jackson.
