AceShowbiz - Zendaya Coleman says she was refused service by a store clerk because she's black. The Disney darling took to Snapchat on Tuesday, September 6 to post a series of brief videos in which she rants about a Vons worker who allegedly threw her wallet thinking the actress wouldn't be able to afford a $400 gift card.

"So we just got out of this Vons. Now I am trying to buy a lot of gift cards," Zendaya talks to the camera as she walks across the parking lot. "There are certain limits or whatever." Once she sits next to her friend in their car, she continues, "But the lady that was helping us... I don't think she was a fan of our skin tone."

"She then threw my wallet," the "K.C. Undercover" star claims. "I can't make this up! This is what we deal with! She literally threw my wallet and she was like, 'You can't afford this.' It was $400!"

"Long story short. There is so much progress to be done in our world," she adds in another Snapchat post, before explaining that the store clerk didn't exactly throw her wallet back at her. "It wasn't like a throw it was like a toss with my cards still loose... my card fell on the scanner and she began helping other customers," she complains.

In the end, Zendaya got her gift cards thanks to the store manager who came and helped her. "You know what it's all love!" she continues. "Shout out the manager for coming and helping - I got my gift cards!"

This isn't Zendaya's first time dealing with racism. As you may remember, she publicly called out Giuliana Rancic last year after the former "Fashion Police" host made offensive comments about the dreadlocks the 20-year-old wore to the Oscars.
