Drake and Rihanna shared a lot of cute moments at the 2016 MTV Music Video Awards. After he declared his love for her onstage, the rumored lovebirds walked together backstage, where the Canadian rapper suddenly tripped on the Bajan beauty's dress.
An MTV employee filmed the whole thing and shared the video on her Instagram page. Apparently taken after RiRi received the Video Vanguard Award from Drake, the clip shows the pair walking through a small crowd hand in hand before he accidentally stepped on the train of her dress.
Fortunately, he didn't fall as he quickly regained his balance. Rihanna only laughed before linking her arm around his.
Drake, who has collaborated with Rihanna on a number of their hits, presented her with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award during the annual event that took place in New York City's Madison Square Garden on Sunday, August 28.
When introducing his rumored girlfriend, Drizzy melted hearts when he said of her, "Most of all, we love the woman who hasn't changed since day one. She's someone I've been in love with since I was 22 years old. She's one of my best friends in the world."
