The 'Suicide Squad' actor was asked about the nature of his relationship with his rumored gay lover Duane Martin when making his way through the airport with his son Jaden Smith.

AceShowbiz - Will Smith's sexual orientation has been questioned after court documents revealed that the actor and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith paid big bucks to help Duane Martin and his wife Tisha Campbell-Martin protect their assets. Since then, rumor swirled that "The Pursuit of Happyness" actor and Duane might be more than just friends.
Met at the airport on Tuesday, August 23, a paparazzo asked the 47-year-old about the report first brought to attention by RadarOnline.com. The Deadshot of "Suicide Squad" remained mum, only saying a few words to warn paparazzi to be careful when there were some kids around him. Wearing a casual outfit which consisted of a T-shirt and short pants, he was joined by his son Jaden Smith.
The Martins filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on January 7, claiming they owed more than $15,145,387. In the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the trustee of the proceedings said that information about the secret deal with the Smiths was hidden away on Duane's personal laptop, along with photos and videos that Will doesn't want the world to see.
As the trustee asked Duane to turn over his laptop, Duane explained that they "have interests in various types of businesses" and "that financial information is contained on a laptop computer." He also said that "the laptop also contains ... personal photos... which are confidential, privileged, and unrelated to any legitimate interest" of the court, including "confidential communications with other public figures regarding private, non-financial matters."
They added that they feared "the risk of disclosing private information not pertinent to the instant case [that is] highly sought after by tabloid publications."
Media started to question Will's relationship with Duane when the actor and Duane vacationed on the Caribbean island of Trinidad together without their wives in 2011. In November the same year, they partied at DRINK! nightclub before moving to hotspot 51 Degrees. The next day, they enjoyed a private boat cruise before having dinner at Chaud restaurant.
They were spotted together in many other occasions, but they have always insisted that they are just friends.
