A lucky fan who win the NYC trip for two will be pulled up on August 25, while another winner for Britney's VMAs outfit will be pulled on September 1.

Thirteen people died, and about 30,000 people have been rescued from the floods," reads the statement, "At least 40,000 homes have been damaged. The Red Cross has mounted a massive relief operation in Louisiana, helping to provide shelter, food and comfort right now to individuals and families in need."
