The 18-year-old girl was videotaped smoking something that an eyewitness said was marijuana during Bryson Tiller's set at last month's Lollapalooza.

President Barack Obama probably won't be too thrilled to see this. His daughter, Malia Obama, last month skipped Hillary Clinton's speech at the Democratic National Convention and attended the Lollapalooza instead. In between enjoying the performance, the 18-year-old was videotaped smoking what's believed to be weed.
The video has just landed online, showing her surrounded by some ladies who were dancing as she smoked in the background. An eyewitness named Jerrdin Selwyn told Radar Online that she was only a few feet away from Malia during Bryson Tiller's set and she could smell the marijuana smoke coming from the cigarette.
"I saw some young guy hand her a cigarette; she took at least one hit on it. She had it in her hand for about one minute then gave it back to him," Jerrdin said. "[Malia] was literally only a few feet from me... and she was the only person who had any form of pipe or cigarette that I could see. All during this time, the Secret Service was in the background, I'm not sure whether or not they saw her take a hit on a joint."
The shocking video of course drew various reactions from multiple Twitter users. Some of them expressed their disappointment, while the others said it's just normal for teens to smoke weed these days. "Malia Obama is living in the people's house, supported by we the people. Her parents need to get a grip on her for being so disrespectful," @JeffersonTeaPar wrote.
Among those defending Malia was Meghan McCain, the daughter of John McCain who was Barack's 2008 presidential rival. "Leave Malia Obama alone!" she simply said. "Malia Obama is smoking weed and going to Harvard. Y'all smoking weed and can't even pass your global history regents. Leave that girl alone," @J_Marshall25 added.
Malia, who previously raised eyebrows when she was spotted twerking in a revealing outfit during the same music festival, isn't the first one in the family to have smoked weed. Her president dad revealed in his memoir that he tried smoking pot too when he was in high school and college.
