A man was left homeless after the horrifying car crash involving Kris Jenner last week. The man named Jack Way now has no car and nowhere to live after his Prius collided with the reality TV star's Rolls Royce near her Calabasas, California home.
According to TMZ, Way is an actor and model who's been having difficulties finding jobs. He'd been living in his car for the last few months to make ends meet prior to the incident, which he ironically caused himself.
Way's Prius was said to run a red light before cutting in front of Jenner's Rolls Royce. His car was totaled after the crash and he doesn't have the money to replace it. The site says that he doesn't have collision insurance either.
He's been spending nights after the incident at his friends' houses and he's apparently planning to take legal action. TMZ claims he's been in touch with Larry H. Parker that focuses on personal injury cases such as auto accident settlements, medical malpractice compensation and elder abuse lawsuits.
While Way couldn't afford a new car, Jenner has easily replaced her $250,000 white Rolls Royce which was only one-week-old when the incident happened. Just a day after the crash, she had a similar car delivered to her Calabasas house, TMZ reported.
