AceShowbiz - Negan's got a gun, too. The villain played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan gets the highlight in a new photo of "The Walking Dead" season 7. The picture shows him holding a big gun and pointing it at someone or something unseen from a window perch. He, however, doesn't appear to be serious as he flashes a smile, though he still looks threatening in the image.
Negan and his barb-wired baseball bat Lucille made their debuts in the sixth season finale that ended with a cliffhanger as Negan played an eerie game of eeny, meeny, miny, moe to determine whom he would kill from Rick's group. The victim will be revealed in the season 7 premiere set to air on Sunday, October 23 at 9 P.M. ET on AMC.
Morgan recently told EW how his character's arrival would affect the show, "It's a reset on The Walking Dead world. It's f***ing Negan's world now."
The upcoming season will also feature new characters Ezekiel (Khary Payton), a former zookeeper who rules a community called the Kingdom, and his pet tiger Shiva.
