A source claims that Harris and Scherzinger aren't serious and he only uses her to make his ex, who's now in a relationship with Tom Hiddleston, jealous.

Calvin Harris sent the internet into a frenzy earlier this week after he was spotted out and about with Nicole Scherzinger in London. The sighting naturally sparked rumors that the two were dating, but a new report has just emerged claiming that the former The Pussycat Dolls singer is only part of the Scottish DJ's plan to make his ex Taylor Swift jealous.
"Nicole and Calvin are not serious whatsoever," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "They are both using their recent hangout as an opportunity. Calvin wants to make it look like he has moved on from Taylor, which he has not, and Nicole will take any type of media moment or opportunity she can get."
"She really is all about being a celebrity and will do anything to make it happen. She wants to make more music as well and would die to work with Calvin, so we might be seeing them hanging out more, but it isn't anything to talk about relationship-wise right now," the source added.
Harris and Scherzinger were photographed together in London over the weekend. They were caught linking arm while leaving the Tape nightclub in the early hours of Saturday, July 9. However, sources close to Harris have assured everyone that the 32-year-old EDM superstar and the 38-year-old songbird are just friends.
"They're casual friends, and if they see each other at a club or party they will chill," an insider has told E! News. "They are not hooking up or hanging out. Calvin isn't rebounding with anyone at this time."
Around the same time Harris and Scherzinger enjoyed their time together, his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift was in Australia with her new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston, who's filming his new film "Thor: Ragnarok" in Gold Coast. The "Shake It Off" singer and the actor arrived in the country last Friday and were seen having a romantic dinner date at Gemelli Italian on the next day.
