Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner reunited with their kids on the Fourth of July. The estranged couple brought their children to the 68th Annual Fourth of July Parade in Pacific Palisades, California on Monday, July 4.

Ben and Jennifer were spotted with their two daughters Violet, 10, and Seraphina, 7. "[Ben] and [Jennifer] were sitting together watching the parade. They were not being affectionate," an onlooker tells PEOPLE, "Ben and Violet were holding hands, and Ben was smiling watching the parade and walking around the community."

June 30 marked one year since the pair announced their separation after 10 years of marriage. They have yet to file divorce papers.

In a recent interview with Bill Simmons on new HBO talk show "Any Given Wednesday", Ben still called Jennifer his "wife." He said his estranged wife helped him get his career back on track by directing such films as "The Town" and "Argo". "I got sort of obsessed with [working hard], and my wife was really, really instrumental in me doing a lot of that work," he shared.

In late May, Ben and Jennifer were spotted grabbing lunch with Violet, Seraphina and Samuel in London. At the time, there's something different with his appearance as he was photographed wearing eyeliner during the outing.
