Amidst marriage trouble rumors, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reportedly have signed a mid-nuptial agreement. In the agreement, the couple will divide their assets, as well as their children, if they do go their separate ways.

"They've figured out a mid-nuptial agreement, where Kim gets primary custody of the kids and Kanye holds onto most of his cash," an insider reveals to Radar Online, "They're both adult enough to realize that divorce is always a possibility and to their credit they wanted to figure out arrangements ahead of time."

"They don't want to have to make any life-altering decisions when they're super-emotional and not thinking clearly if they split," the insider continues, "It's unconventional, but it's actually helped them communicate now this burden's been lifted."

Back in April, Kim was reportedly considering to file for divorce from Kanye. A source told Radar that the mother of North and Saint West reached a breaking point. "She's really stressed out over work and finances," the source said, "With the kids, it's become really overwhelming. The fact that they never see each other and there is so much distance, she is considering it and will make her decision in the next few weeks."

"[Kim and Kanye]'ve been fighting," added the source, "They have been having a lot problems, financially and more. All the stress with where her career is going and his career and where it's going, she doesn't know what directions she has left to go. So she's stressing and having a midlife crisis sort of scenario."
