Johnny Depp's lawyer claims Amber is purposely avoiding a deposition under oath ahead of a restraining order hearing on June 17.

AceShowbiz - Amber Heard has delayed deposition ahead of a restraining order hearing against her estranged husband Johnny Depp. Johnny's lawyer Laura Wasser claims in newly filed documents that Amber is purposely avoiding the deposition.
Laura accuses Amber of evading the scheduled deposition by saying both she and friend Raquel Pennington were unavailable to have their deposition taken, despite a previously agreed-upon settlement conference on June 10.
Amber's lawyer Samantha Spector, meanwhile, told the judge that her client is now in New Jersey to attend her best friend's engagement party and she will fly to London for a costume fitting for her movie "Justice League Part I". According to Samantha, Amber won't be back until next Thursday night, hours before Friday, June 17 hearing.
Sources connected to Johnny tell TMZ that the costume fitting is a lame excuse to avoid having to answer hard questions about the alleged attack. No one ever mentioned the fitting until next week's court hearing, according to the sources.
