Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik were rumored to have broken up, but there's a chance they could reconcile. Following a recent report that the two rekindled their romance, the former One Direction member fueled the rumor as he was spotted leaving the 21-year-old model's New York apartment on Thursday, June 9.
The "Pillow Talk" singer was seen wearing a black long coat over a black top and black skinny pants which he teamed with a pair of leather shoes. He seemed to be doing just fine although he wasn't smiling.
According to a new report from E! News, the couple may work things out. "Gigi was the one that broke up with Zayn when they got into their last fight. It had to do with a issue about not communicating," the source said.
However, the source later confirmed that the two were not getting back together. "They are not back together but have been texting and are still connected. Gigi still wants to make it work though." It was also said that Gigi's decision to end her relationship with Zayn was up to her friends. "Gigi's friends think she should completely end it because Zayn has not been the best of boyfriends lately, and Gigi is extremely accommodating to him when she is the one with the crazy schedule," the source added.
