Andrew Garfield to Star in Crime Thriller 'Under the Silver Lake' From 'It Follows' Director

Andrew Garfield is set to star in "Under the Silver Lake", a crime thriller written by David Robert Mitchell, the director behind the acclaimed horror hit "It Follows". David will direct Andrew based on his original script about a modern-day noir crime thriller set in Los Angeles.

Michael De Luca is producing under his Michael De Luca Productions banner along with Chris Bender, Jake Weiner and Adele Romanski. Production is set to start at the end of summer with Insiders handling international distribution.

CAA, which represents David and Andrew, represents domestic rights after it brokered the deal with Insiders. Lucy Kitada is overseeing for DeLuca Productions.
