Titled "California", the album is scheduled to come out in North America on July 1 this year. It is their first album in five years since 2011's "Neighborhoods" and their first with new vocalist/guitarist Skiba after Tom DeLonge left last year.

The band will be joined by The All-American Rejects, All Time Low and A Day to Remember on selected dates. "I love those guys," DeLonge says to Rolling Stone, "[But] I don't want the legacy of the band to get fucked with. I do care about that."
