It looks like a Zedd and Kesha (formerly Ke$ha) collaboration is really happening. The EDM star has just taken to Instagram to prove that he was serious when he earlier this year offered to produce a song for the singer amid her legal battle with Dr. Luke.
Zedd shared on the social media a photo featuring him hitting the studio with a woman who wears a black hat. With their backs facing the camera, it's unclear whom the Russian/German producer is pictured with. But judging from her rainbow-colored hair, fans are sure the mysterious lady is Kesha.
After a judge denied to release Kesha from her contract with Luke, whom she accused of raping her, Zedd reached out to the 29-year-old songbird via Twitter, telling her, "I'll be happy to produce a song for you, if you want my help."
A few weeks later, he revealed in an interview that Kesha's team contacted him to make sure if he really wanted to work with her. "Her team actually hit us back confirming that I was serious about it, which is really cool," he said. "I'm obviously very serious about it, so maybe something will happen."
Earlier this month, fans got a preview of what Zedd and Kesha's collaboration would sound like when he invited her to his Coachella set. Making her first public performance since her legal war with Luke, Kesha performed the title track of Zedd's album "True Colors" at the time.
