Dean McDermott surprised Tori Spelling by proposing to her, again. The couple traveled to Paris recently with their four kids when McDermott decided to get down on one knee and asked her hand in marriage for the third time in their joint life.

The romantic moment took place on the terrace at the Cafe de l'Homme, which overlooks the city and its landmarks. The Eiffel Tower could be seen in the background. Spelling, surrounded by her kids, clasped her hands in joy as McDermott looked up and presented her with an antique ring.

"Dean planned it with the owners," Spelling told photographer Michael Simon. "[He wanted] to have the terrace all reserved and private for us, and told me we were going to get coffee and hot chocolates for the kids. And then surprised me when he got down on one knee and presented me with an antique engagement ring."

She added, "The four kids and I were so surprised and so happy. It's been a rough few years and this was a perfect family moment for unity and love!" The proposal came more than two years after they almost split due to his cheating scandal. He entered rehab shortly after a woman named Emily Goodhand came forward with the claim that she had sex with the actor in a hotel in Toronto.

But the couple decided to make things right. "He was at that point where he just was at the lowest point. He was in rehab, and he was just like, 'I f***ed up. I'll do whatever I have to do to maintain our relationship'," Spelling recently told Lena Dunham for the "Girls" star's newsletter, Lenny Letter.

McDermott first proposed to Spelling on Christmas Eve in 2005 and again on Christmas Day 2006, when she was pregnant with their eldest child. Speaking of this one, Spelling joked, "This was a perfect family moment for unity and love! No date for the wedding is set, yet, but our 10 year anniversary will take place in May."
