Rihanna made everyone wait for four years before she finally dropped "Anti" earlier this year. However, fans apparently don't have to wait for too long for its follow-up. Producer Cardo claimed in a new interview with Complex that he had done a song for the Bajan singer's next album.

Cardo revealed the existence of RiRi's new project while he was discussing his recent involvement in Kendrick Lamar's "untitled unmastered." mixtape. "There's so many records we've been working on that's about to come out. I can't say anything beyond that, but we got a record with Rihanna," he said at one point. "That's all I can say. I can't say anything more, but there's a Rihanna and Cardo record."

Asked if it would be his song featuring guest vocals from Rihanna, Cardo replied, "No, no, it's her song. It was for 'Anti', but there's another 'Anti'. I don't know if it's official, but I know we have a record."

After being teased for more than a year, "Anti" finally came out on Tidal in January before being made available everywhere a few days later. RiRi's eighth studio installment, which peaked at No. 1 on Billboard 200, is led by the Drake-assisted "Work" that's now spending its ninth week atop Billboard Hot 100.
