The first official teaser poster for "Doctor Strange" has been unleashed. The picture gives a look at Marvel's Sorcerer Supreme inside the Sanctum Sanctorum. He stands facing a huge window that bears the Seal of the Vishanti.
The poster for the Benedict Cumberbatch-starring comic book adaptation is released ahead of the first upcoming teaser trailer. The anticipated sneak-peek video is scheduled to be debuted on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on April 12.

"Doctor Strange" is directed by "Deliver Us from Evil" helmer Scott Derrickson. Tilda Swinton is cast as the Ancient One who was originally written as male in the comic books. It's also supported by Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams and Mads Mikkelsen. It's due Stateside on November 4.
The film follows neurosurgeon Stephen Strange in the aftermath of an accident that left him seriously injured. It is expected to further expand Marvel Cinematic Universe by opening the doors to the supernatural realm in the MCU.
