Is Hakeem trying to set up Camilla and who else will find out about Anika's pregnancy in the next episode?

"Empire" returned Wednesday, March 30 after a three-month hiatus to reveal the fate of Rhonda and her baby after she was pushed down the stairs in the midseason finale. [SPOILER ALERT!] Rhonda survives but she lost her baby.
In a preview for next week's episode, Andre and Rhonda learn that Anika is pregnant. "Who's the father?" Andre asks. "It's Hakeem," Anika answers. Cookie is reasonably mad at her son for getting his father's ex-fiancee pregnant and Lucious feels betrayed by Anika.
Meanwhile, Hakeem, who appears to take his family's side now, hooks up with Camilla and seemingly records their intimate moment. Is he trying to set her up with their sex tape? In another scene, Hakeem is slapped by a girl who looks like Laura.
There's also a glimpse of Anika being taken away in an ambulance with Cookie accompanying her, Lucious and Cookie having a romantic moment, and Lucious is pointing his gun to Camilla.
"A Rose by Any Other Name" airs Wednesday, April 6 at 9/8c on FOX. With Hakeem acting as Empire's CEO, Camilla sinks her claws further and further into him. The rest of the Lyon family tries to get him to rejoin their side, but Hakeem has his own plan. Meanwhile, Jamal receives backlash from his fans and Andre and Rhonda's marriage is tested.
