'Sad Affleck' Video Goes Viral Amid Harsh Criticisms Against 'Batman v Superman'
Movie

In the edited video, Ben Affleck's face could not hide his sadness when the interviewer laid out the criticisms against his new movie.

AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck could not hold his composure in a recent interview which discussed the bad reviews "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" had been receiving. The moment has now become viral after a fan made a mash of it with Simon & Garfunkel's "Sound of Silence".

Affleck, who was sitting next to co-star Henry Cavill during the Yahoo! Movies interview, appeared to have zoned out after the interviewer laid out the criticisms against his new movie. Cavill kept the energy high to defend the flick, saying, "The interesting thing is that we get the critics who have their personal opinions."

In the viral video, which was edited by YouTube user Sabconth, Cavill's words were muted while Affleck's face was zoomed in. Affleck went back to life after the interviewer called his name. "I agree," he said in support of Cavill's response. The video, titled "Sad Affleck", has been watched more than 2.4 million times.

"Dawn of Justice" hit theaters March 25. It is currently sitting at a lukewarm 33|percent| on Rotten Tomatoes, with major outlets like The New York Times, EW and THR all panning it.
