Mike Colter's antihero character shows his super strength and unbreakable skin in the newly-released sneak-peek video.

AceShowbiz - The first teaser trailer for Marvel's "Luke Cage" has surfaced online shortly after being released on Netflix. The promo video gives a sneak peek at the main character played by Mike Colter and teases his superpowers as he is surrounded by gunmen.
"I guess you guys haven't heard about me," the former convict tells his assailants who fire away at him. "I'm about sick of always have to buy new clothes," the titular antihero deadpans before easily throwing one of the guys through a glass window.
The series is scheduled to premiere on the streaming service on September 30. It follows a man who, after a sabotaged experiment, has super strength and unbreakable skin. He becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City.
Before getting his own TV series, Luke Cage appeared in the first season of "Marvel's Jessica Jones" which stars Krysten Ritter. Luke is expected to cross paths with Rosario Dawson's Claire Temple from "Daredevil" in his solo show.
