Responding to Donald Trump Jr.'s comment about the protesters in his father's rallies, the singer suggested the core of the problem.

AceShowbiz - John Legend is the latest celebrity to publicly disgrace presidential race nominee Donald Trump. The "All of Me" singer started a Twitter war with the business tycoon's son Donald Trump Jr. and told him that his father was "racist".

"Ha 5 students when asked why they were protesting couldn't even answer. The participation medal/micro-aggression generation is pretty sad!" Trump Jr. tweeted on Friday, March 11 night about the protesters at his father's rallies. "It's pretty embarrassing. Trump supporters were articulate and the antis could barely speak and had no answers."

Legend commented, "I think they were protesting your racist father. This isn't complicated." Donald Jr. replied, "Here we go again. That can't be the answer for everything you don't like. That's why the country is so divided." But Legend would not let him have the last word. "It's just the answer when racist racists are saying racist s**t and are endorsed by the KKK," he wrote, referring to Klux Klux Klan who had been seen at Trump's rallies.

When a supporter of Trump called Legend "disgraceful" and "uneducated", the singer fired back, "the Donalds and I graduated from the same University, funny enough." He is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania.
