The Irish presenter split from her rocker boyfriend just weeks after her encounter with the 'Revenant' star at the BAFTA Awards at the London's Royal Opera House last month.

Laura Whitmore has split from rocker Rory Williams just weeks after her BAFTA night out with Leonardo DiCaprio. "Things haven't worked out with Laura and Rory," a source close to the pair revealed.
Though people might think their split was because of Laura's relationship with the "Titanic" star, the source claimed that the main reason why Laura and Rory decided to pull the plug on their relationship was because the latter wanted to focus on his music career. "Some of her friends think they are still going out but he's getting on with his music and doing his own thing," the source continued.
However, it was said that Leo-gate also added more tension to Laura and Rory's romance. "What happened with Leo didn't help the situation either. It just created a lot of unwanted attention," the source added.
Last month, Laura was rumored to stay at Leo's room at London's Rosewood Hotel to celebrate his BAFTA win. It was said that the Irish presenter and "The Revenant" actor spent their time together until after 5 A.M.
Following the rumor, Laura said that she and Leo were not more than friends, insisting she's already in a relationship with someone else. "I'm going out with someone. I promise I didn't stay in Leo's room all night!" she stressed.
