The "Fuller House" theme song seems to be the only thing about the show that critics don't hate. Unlike the Netflix revival which was released last week, Carly Rae Jepsen's version of "Everywhere You Look" has been received very well. The song sounded even better when the Canadian songbird recently performed it live on "On Air With Ryan Seacrest".
During her visit there, Jepsen stripped down the feel-good song, singing it over the acoustic guitar licks while reading the lyrics from her iPhone. "I never knew the song had that many lyrics," host Ryan Seacrest said after Jepsen finished the song, which was originally sung by Jesse Frederick for the '80s-'90s beloved sitcom "Full House".
"Everywhere You Look" wasn't the only track Jepsen stripped down when she appeared on the show. The 30-year-old also did an acoustic version of "Your Type" from her latest album, last year's "E.Mo.Tion".
The 13 episodes of "Fuller House" arrived on Netflix last Friday, February 26, focusing on Candace Cameron Bure's recently-widowed D.J. Tanner who enlists her sister Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and friend Kimmy Gibler (Andrea Barber) to help her raise her children.
