Paris Hilton's brother Conrad Hilton has been ordered into substance abuse treatment after violating his 2015 probation. A Los Angeles judge ordered Conrad on Tuesday, January 26 to attend a 90-days program after rejecting a request by authorities to put him behind bars for 60 days.

Conrad was supposed to keep out of trouble following a violent meltdown he had onboard a British Airways flight in 2014. However, authorities said Conrad has since racked up many violations during his three-year probation.

During Tuesday hearing, officials said Conrad violated probation by trespassing, failing several drug tests, not showing up to others and traveling out of California without permission. The 21-year-old man also ignored instructions to finished three treatment program. As a result, three years were added to his probation.

Following his mid-flight outburst in July 2014, Conrad voluntarily checked into a 30-day inpatient drug and alcohol treatment program. His attorney, Robert Shapiro, claimed that his disruptive behavior was "the effects of a sleeping pill."
