Chris Brown will not face criminal charges for allegedly punching a woman named Liziane Gutierrez at a Las Vegas party. According to TMZ, police closed the criminal investigation on the allegations against Breezy because Liziane's claim wasn't supported by enough evidence.

Liziane previously filed a police report, claiming Breezy took her phone when he found out she slipped it inside his private party at the Palms Casino Resort hotel room on Saturday, January 2. According to the accuser, the "Turn Up the Music" crooner punched her in the eye, yelled and left.

Breezy claimed he never touched Liziane and she's just pissed because his entourage wouldn't let her enter the party. According to his rep, the accuser "was escorted out of the private after-party at the Palms Casino Resort for being disruptive and out of control."

"Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown's security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown - throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she 'could buy everyone in the hotel' - as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party," the rep added, "The Palms Casino Resort security also saw her wild behavior via hotel security cameras and immediately came up to the hallway to escort her out of the hotel."

Liziane's rep hasn't commented on the issue yet.

Back in August, Liziane went off on Jason Derulo after she didn't make the cut at his after-party. She later alleged that Jason tried to get the women who attended the party "do some nasty stuff." But her claim was also not supported by enough evidence.
