The follow-up to the duo's Grammy-winning 2012 set 'The Heist' is due out on February 26 and expected to include 'Downtown' and the Ed Sheeran-penned 'Growing Up'.

AceShowbiz - Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' sophomore album finally has a title and official release date. The rap duo has announced that "This Unruly Mess I've Made", the follow-up to their Grammy-winning 2012 set "The Heist", will arrive on February 26.

They also tease the upcoming project and unveil its cover art in a trailer they released on YouTube Friday, January 15. "I'd been escaping that whole time. I had to finally look. Look at the mess we had made... I was too comfortable. And being comfortable is what kills artists," Macklemore says in a voiceover as the screen flashes clips of him working in the studio.

He goes on telling stories behind the album, including his decision to move into a cabin in the woods. "What I couldn't find in a hotel room, on the road or in Seattle, I found in the middle of nowhere. No reception. Making music not because we had to, but because we got to. I had forgotten how to do that. Not being afraid of the platform we were standing on. Not creating from a place of 'don't f**k up' but creating from a place of 'f**k it up,' " he continues.

"Look at the mess. Not just the one we created, but the one that is the very fabric of our country. The mess we're all living in. Stop being silent. Even if it's not perfect, or politically correct, you have to speak up and you have to listen," he adds.

The album's artwork appears towards the end of the nearly-three-minute trailer. The full tracklist has yet to be revealed, but expect "Downtown" which has peaked at No. 12 on Billboard 200 and "Growing Up" that's penned by Ed Sheeran to be included on the LP.
