The British singer dedicates the black-and-white visuals to her 'best friend Hannah' and her 'incredible fans.'

AceShowbiz - Ellie Goulding has released the official music video for her "Army", a song which she has said was written with her BFF (no, not Taylor Swift) in mind. Arriving on her Vevo page on early Thursday morning, January 14, the clip is dedicated to the singer's "best friend Hannah, and my incredible fans."

The black-and-white video is made up of footage showing Goulding, Hannah and their other friends having lots of fun traveling, hanging out backstage at the 29-year-old star's concerts and goofing around in their hotel rooms. It intersperses with some scenes of Goulding performing in front of the large crowd.

"Army" is the second single lifted off Goulding's "Delirium" album, following the lead cut "On My Mind". Upon the former track's release in October last year, she posted on Instagram a message in which she praised the friend who inspired the tune.

"The person who was at my very first gig. The person who has seen me at my lowest and the first person I call in muffled sobs when something bad happens," she wrote at that time. "We've been deliriously happy together, deliriously tired and deliriously sad together. I wanted to show our friendship for what it really is - honest, real, electric."
