Khloe Kardashian confirmed during an interview with E! News' Catt Sadler that she's still in relationship with NBA star James Harden. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star told Catt that she's eager to start a family again.

"I want a family, which means like husband, wife, kids," Khloe explained. "It doesn't necessarily mean I have to birth the kids. I could have either a surrogate if I can't. I can adopt or say the man I married had kids. That's still my family. I don't think your children are only yours if you birthed them."

"But do I want kids right now at this interview? I don't care to just have a child because I have so many!" Khloe added, referring to her nieces and nephews from her elder sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian.

"Kanye said to me the other day, 'Oh, thank you so much for watching North for me today,' " said the 31-year-old reality TV star. "I don't think you know this is my kid, too. These are my babies, too. And they say it takes a village to raise a child and that's really how we all are. We are so obsessed with each others' kids and all of that."

During the interview, Khloe also talked about her little brother Rob Kardashian's condition. "I've seen such a great transformation, just mentally right now," she said. Regarding her new show "Kocktails with Khloe" which will start airing January 20, she admitted that she's completely nervous as it would be her first experience in hosting a TV talk-show.
